Ingredients

 

Bay Area Burrito is about freshness. We believe that by preparing the ingredients daily, taste is at its peak, and so is nutrition. This is why we slow cook and grill our meats on site, and prepare our salsas, marinades, and guacamole on site every single day.

 

CHICKEN

Our Chicken is grilled and marianded in a juicy sweet and smoky Ancho Marinade.

 

CARNITAS

Carnitas is Pulled Pork marinaded in a special blend of spices such as Thyme, Cumin and Oregano that is slow-cooked overnight in the oven.

 

BARBACOA

Our Barbacoa is shredded beef marinaded in a spicy, smoky Chipotle Marinade then is slow-cooked overnight in the oven.

 

BLACK AND PINTO BEANS

We start with dried beans and cook them several hours, add our blend of spices, and then cook them a little longer to make them soft and tasty.

 

SALSA ROJA

This Salsa is a mix of Pureed Tomatoes, Hot Chilies, and spices. Spicy alone with chips but just the right amount of heat in a burrito.

 

CORN SALSA

Sweet Corn mixed up with a nice citrus flavor and a tiny bit of heat provided by Jalapeños.

 

PICO DE GALLO

Diced red tomatoes thrown in with red onions, citrus, and cilantro. No heat here, just taste.

 

GUACAMOLE

We hand cut and smash our avocados daily, ensuring peak levels of freshness! You will taste the difference.
